I cannot log into Attlaz, what should I do?

Login in Attlaz can fail due to a variety of reasons.
Please check the following first:

  • Verify that you are connected to the internet and that your connection is stable.
  • Make sure that you are logging into Attlaz with the right account.
  • It could be that your organization or company uses a proxy server due to security reasons.
  • Update your browser to the latest version
  • Check if there is a newer version by clicking on the version information in the left bottom corner

Plans

Are all current plans subscription-based?

Yes, all plans are subscription-based. You can choose between monthly and yearly billing options.

Is there a trial?

A 30-day free trial is automatically offered to users who sign up with a valid email address. Log in to Attlaz with your account to activate the 30-day free trial.
