How much does it cost?

Is there any support included in the subscription?
Attlaz provides you with support services during the whole subscription term. You can reach us via email or messaging system within the platform.
We also provide you with access to Attlaz’s knowledge base articles, videos, and tutorials so you can quickly find solutions for the most common challenges.
How long is the onboarding process?
For an enterprise/premium license, standard onboarding usually takes between 30 and 60 days. During this period, your dedicated Implementation Manager provides you with the necessary training and Q&A sessions to answer any questions you may have. Typical topics of the onboarding training include connecting data sources and data collection, data harmonization, and transfers to destinations.
What infrastructure is needed?
Attlaz is a Cloud agnostic platform, meaning it can be hosted on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud or any other cloud provider. We host the infrastructure in different geological locations so you comply with any privacy legislation such as the EU’s GDPR. We manage the infrastructure for you so you do not have to worry about that. If you have any specific hosting requirements, please speak to your sales manager about alternative options.
